The Compliance and Financial Reporting Officer is responsible for ensuring the fund complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, while also supporting accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting. This multifaceted role combines compliance oversight with key responsibilities related to fund financial reporting, audit coordination, and regulatory filings.
